Transfer types
Shuttle Transfer
The shuttle transfer includes being met in the Airport of Mallorca and the transfer to your hotel, the shuttle transfer will be shared with other travellers.
On your voucher you will find, an emergency number, a map of the airport with directions to the meeting point with your driver.
Please note that due to the flight times there can be a waiting time before your transfer leaves the airport. The shuttle service can be operated by Taxi, Minibus or Coach.
Please note that the shuttle service only operates between bigger hotels or central drop off and pick up points.
Return Shuttle Transfers from the hotel to the airport:
24 hours before your due to depart we will send you a text message with your pick up time from the hotel.
Private Transfers
The private transfer includes being met in the airport of Mallorca or port of Mallorca and the transfer to your accommodation. The private transfer is only for you and your guests and will not be shared with other travellers. The transfer goes straight to your accommodation.
On your voucher you will find, an emergency number, a map of the airport with directions to the meeting point with your driver. The private service can be operated by Taxi, Minibus or Coach.
Return Private Transfers from the hotel to the airport:
24 hours before your due to depart we will send you a text message with the pick up time from your accommodation, this time will have been agreed by you in advance.
VIP Transfers
The VIP transfer includes being met in the airport of Mallorca or port of Mallorca and the transfer to your accommodation. The VIP transfer is only for you and your guests and will not be shared with other travellers. The transfer goes straight to your accommodation.
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall of the airport or near the ship with a sign of ShuttleSpain and your name on it. The VIP transfer will be operated by luxury cars like Mercedes, BMW, etc.
